Guided by NGA USA’s mission “To provide a positive and healthy competitive program for gymnastics” NGA UK is transforming the landscape of competitive gymnastics with a fun, inclusive, and athlete-centred approach.
Now celebrating our first full year of events, NGA UK has seen incredible success across 2025, with multiple competitions selling out nationwide, the first Perfect 10s scored at our National Finals, and a six-strong team of NGA UK gymnasts attending a funded international training experience at Flip Fest Camp in the USA, hosted by NGA USA.
Our vision is simple: to put the well-being, enjoyment, and development of young athletes at the heart of everything we do. We’re building a national competition structure with clear, progressive levels that create smoother pathways for gymnasts of every ability.
By reintroducing the 10.0 judging system, NGA UK has made scoring more transparent and engaging, allowing athletes and parents to easily understand performance, progress, and goals, keeping the focus on growth, confidence, and achievement.
With a globally connected system already established across multiple countries, NGA UK gives gymnasts the chance to experience international competition without altering routines or competition formats, opening doors to exciting new opportunities for development and recognition.
As we continue to grow, our mission remains clear: to empower gymnasts to thrive, celebrate their success, and truly enjoy every step of their journey in this incredible sport.
The Start
A group of passionate individuals came together with a shared vision to create a nationally recognised competition structure for UK gymnastics clubs. Their goal was to establish a seamless pathway where gymnasts at all levels could compete, both nationally and internationally. These efforts laid the foundation for NGA UK.
Free Educational Events
To further our mission, NGA UK is also offering free educational events for judges, coaches, and club managers, providing essential training to understand and implement the NGA system effectively.
The First Invitationals
2025 marked the official launch of NGA UK’s competitive calendar, introducing a brand-new series of events, national finals, and training camps across the country. Throughout our debut season, hundreds of gymnasts from clubs nationwide took part in this exciting new structure, a system designed to make competition more accessible, positive, and rewarding for every athlete.
The season culminated in the inaugural NGA UK National Finals, where history was made with the first-ever Perfect 10s achieved under the NGA UK banner.
NGA Goes International
In 2025, a team of six NGA UK gymnasts were selected to attend a fully funded international training experience at Flip Fest Camp in Tennessee, USA, hosted by NGA USA.
The trip marked a milestone moment for NGA UK, reinforcing our global connection and the shared mission between NGA USA and NGA UK to provide positive, healthy, and inspiring experiences for gymnasts everywhere.
Introduction of Regional Events
In 2026, NGA UK aims to build on the success of the previous year by empowering clubs to host their own invitational events, creating even more opportunities for gymnasts to compete and grow within the national structure. Alongside this, we hope to introduce Regional Finals, offering gymnasts an additional layer of competition on their journey to the National Finals.
