The Empower Her Cup is an inspiring gymnastics competition giving gymnasts of all ages and abilities the chance to demonstrate their skill, confidence, and dedication in a supportive yet competitive environment.

Whether you’re stepping onto the floor for the first time or chasing your next big milestone, this is an event not to be missed.

We can’t wait to welcome clubs to Corby for an exciting day celebrating gymnastics and empowering every gymnast!

Open for Levels 1-10 (inclusive of all Precious Metals). Not open to Men’s 4×4.
