The Empower Her Cup is an inspiring gymnastics competition giving gymnasts of all ages and abilities the chance to demonstrate their skill, confidence, and dedication in a supportive yet competitive environment.

Whether you’re stepping onto the floor for the first time or chasing your next big milestone, this is an event not to be missed.

We can’t wait to welcome clubs for an exciting day celebrating gymnastics and empowering every gymnast!

Levels:
Women’s Levels 1-10 including All Precious Metals
Men’s 4×4

Timeline:
Saturday 21st November 2026 at 9am – Priority Enrolment Opens*
Monday 23rd November 2026 at 9am – General Enrolment Opens
Saturday 26th December 2026 – Enrolment Closes (or earlier if capacity is reached)

*Priority enrolment is available to all clubs up until the point they have entered two events, following which, they will become a general enrolment.
