NGA UK Adult Open

The NGA UK Adult Open is a standalone invitational competition created to celebrate adult gymnasts (18 years +) and provide an opportunity to compete, perform and enjoy gymnastics in a supportive and exciting environment.

Running alongside the NGA UK Empower Her event, the Adult Open will feature an open-age category across Precious Metals levels, welcoming adult gymnasts of all experience levels to come together and compete.

This event is all about the love of gymnastics, whether you’re returning to the sport, continuing your gymnastics journey or simply looking for the chance to compete alongside other adults. With no qualification pathway to an NGA UK Zonal Final, the Adult Open is designed purely as a standalone celebration of adult gymnastics, giving every competitor the opportunity to take to the floor, challenge themselves and enjoy the experience.

Adults are still welcome to enter NGA UK Qualifying events for an opportunity to qualify to Zonal and National Finals.

Levels:
Women’s Precious Metals
Should Men wish to compete, they are able to compete under the Women’s Precious Metals (all four pieces or select just a couple). There will be separate presentations for male and female competitors. 

Judges:
Judges will not need to be nominated for entries to be accepted.

Coaching:
Competitors must have a registered coach up to the level they are competing with them at the competition.

Timeline:
Saturday 21st November 2026 at 9am – Priority Enrolment Opens*
Monday 23rd November 2026 at 9am – General Enrolment Opens
Saturday 26th December 2026 – Enrolment Closes (or earlier if capacity is reached)

*Priority enrolment is available to all clubs up until the point they have entered two events, following which, they will become a general enrolment.
