Welcome to NGA UK, entering our second season in 2026 after an incredible debut year!

Launched in 2025, NGA UK has already established itself as a fresh and exciting addition to the global NGA programme. Originally founded in the USA, NGA has grown into an internationally recognised platform, giving gymnasts of all levels the chance to shine on both national and international stages.

After a hugely successful first year, we’re continuing to deliver an inclusive, well-structured competition pathway that helps gymnasts reach their full potential while celebrating their achievements along the way.

In keeping with NGA’s core values, we proudly continue with the return to the 10.0 scoring system, making judging simpler, fairer, and easier for athletes and families to understand.

Whether you are new to competitions or striving for the highest levels, NGA UK is here to support, inspire, and celebrate your gymnastics journey every step of the way.

NGA offers a single pathway with two distinct tracks, giving gymnasts and coaches the flexibility to choose the route that best suits their needs, ambitions, and training commitments. This dual option helps clubs attract gymnasts of all levels, boosting participation and engagement.

The Levels track progresses up to Level 10, aligning with the USA NCAA collegiate system and providing a pathway to compete at the highest collegiate levels.

The Precious Metals track, with its five stages, offers a balanced competitive experience with reduced training hours, ideal for gymnasts seeking flexibility to pursue other interests alongside gymnastics.
