Originally founded in the USA, NGA has quickly become an internationally recognised platform, offering gymnasts of all levels the chance to compete on a respected, national stage. At NGA UK, we are dedicated to providing a well-structured, dynamic competition pathway to help gymnasts achieve their full potential, with opportunities to compete both nationally and internationally.

In an exciting return to the roots of gymnastics scoring, NGA UK proudly reintroduces the 10.0 scoring system—making the scoring process simpler, more accessible, and easier for athletes and families to track progress and understand goals. Whether you’re just beginning or are already an accomplished gymnast, NGA UK is here to support and celebrate your journey in gymnastics every step of the way!

NGA offers a single pathway with two distinct tracks, giving gymnasts and coaches the flexibility to choose the route that best suits their needs, ambitions, and training commitments. This dual option helps clubs attract gymnasts of all levels, boosting participation and engagement.

The Levels track progresses up to Level 10, aligning with the USA NCAA collegiate system and providing a pathway to compete at the highest collegiate levels.

The Precious Metals track, with its five stages, offers a balanced competitive experience with reduced training hours, ideal for gymnasts seeking flexibility to pursue other interests alongside gymnastics.
